From our workshop: Fine Aquamarine & Diamond Ring in Yellow Gold
This ring from our workshop is a classic entourage ring. Its ring shape (from the French "entourage": company, entourage), in which a larger center stone is surrounded by diamonds, was first in vogue around 1900 - and since then it has become indispensable in the world of jewelry. A light blue aquamarine forms the focal point of this example in high-carat yellow gold. Sixteen brilliant-cut diamonds of very good quality and radiant white line the bright gemstone and surround it with festive sparkle. A total of 0.36 carats of diamonds have come together here to form an entourage that supports the effect of the pale blue aquamarine in the best possible way. We designed the ring with the eyes of the antique jeweller in mind, ensuring maximum comfort and the best possible features. Due to its flat design and gemstone settings with no distracting lobes or points, the ring can be worn daily without any problems. The ring shoulders are decorated on the sides with delicate ornaments based on models from the period around 1900, and all parts are designed to be as fine and delicate as possible in order to draw the eye entirely to the fire of the gemstones. The additional special feature of this ring is that it is made completely sustainable - all the gemstones and gold used have been recycled by us. The diamonds and the aquamarine are older stones, which were collected and sorted by us and are used here in secondary use. The gold of the ring is also made from melted down pieces. Exquisite materials, the fine quality of the setting and its beautiful craftsmanship make it a perfect engagement ring that has found a new form from old material.
